Support is available by creating a support ticket at https://www.filesanctuary.net/help, or by calling us on 01642 688 088.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday 10am-6pm (UK time). You can create a ticket at any time, day or night, but tickets created outside of our office hours will be responded to when we are next open.

Our initial response time target for support tickets is within 1 business day, but most tickets are responded to significantly faster than this.

Cloud Server customers and Leased Line customers qualify for additional 24-hour emergency support in certain situations. For more information, see this knowledgebase page: When can I use an emergency support ticket?
