Number Import

Import one or more numbers to File Sanctuary from your previous provider.

Numbers must all be from the same account at the same provider. If importing from multiple accounts at your previous provider, or from multiple providers, please fill this this form out multiple times.

Failed ports are still chargeable, so please fill out the form carefully. We strongly recommend adding pre-order validation to reduce the risk of the port failing.

This should exactly match the address the Losing Communication Provider has associated with the number -- this should be the address that the line is installed at, if this differs from your billing address
