Our WordPress Hosting and Web Hosting plans come with SpamExperts premium spam filtering at no extra charge.
If you're expecting an email and it hasn't arrived in your inbox, the email might be in your spam quarantine. This can happen if the email has come from a system that isn't set up correctly, if an email looks like spam, or if it comes from servers that have been known to send spam recently. There are two ways to view the quarantine depending on your permissions.
Check the quarantine for your individual mailbox (mailbox users)
- If it's your first time using the quarantine, start by setting your quarantine password here, otherwise skip this step.
- Login to the SpamExperts control panel here
- Click the
Spam quarantinebutton to view quarantined messages - If any messages have been incorrectly quarantined, click the ▼ arrow next to that messages checkbox, and then click
Release and train from quarantine-- the message will appear in your inbox after a few moments
