Our WordPress Hosting and Web Hosting plans come with SpamExperts premium spam filtering at no extra charge.

If you're expecting an email and it hasn't arrived in your inbox, the email might be in your spam quarantine. This can happen if the email has come from a system that isn't set up correctly, if an email looks like spam, or if it comes from servers that have been known to send spam recently. There are two ways to view the quarantine depending on your permissions.

Check the quarantine for your individual mailbox (mailbox users)

Check quarantine for all mailboxes in the domain (admins only)

  • Log in to Plesk by going to the Dashboard page on our website, then look for the WordPress Hosting or Web Hosting entry for the domain you want to manage, and to the right of that click to Manage > Log in to Plesk
  • Log into the SpamExperts control panel by going to the Custom Services tab, then Spam Filtering > Manage in SpamFilter Panel
  • Click the Spam quarantine button to view quarantined messages
  • If any messages have been incorrectly quarantined, click the ▼ arrow next to that messages checkbox, and then click Release and train from quarantine -- the message will appear in the appropriate mailbox user's inbox after a few moments
