What makes our phone lines great?
Per-second billing
We believe you should only pay for the time you’re actually on a call. We bill you on a per second basis rather than rounding calls to the nearest whole minute as some of our competitors do.
Fully-itemised billing as standard
In our control panel you can review logs of every phonecall you’ve made. These records are updated every 24 hours, so that you can keep tabs on your call spending.
No minimum charge
If you’re on a call for 10 seconds, you should only pay for 10 seconds. We don’t apply minimum charges to any of your calls other than for fixed-fee services (such as the speaking clock).
No call connection fee
With the exception of certain calls that attract mandatory connection charges (such as directory enquiries) we do not apply any call connection fees. This can substantially reduce your phone bill.
Openreach service charges
To avoid any surprises, we make a full price list available for all Openreach charges. This includes our pricing for line rental itself, different Care Levels (how quickly Openreach will respond to faults on your line), line features (eg Call Waiting, 1571, Call Diversion, etc), as well as event charges (for things like missed appointments, internal line shifts, etc).
